apkshub collects information in two ways: information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use the platform.

Information you provide directly:

• Registration details — your name, date of birth, contact number and any other fields completed when you create an account.
• Identity verification documents — where we ask you to confirm your identity or age, you may be asked to upload a copy of a CNIC or similar document.
• Payment information — details associated with your JazzCash account, Easypaisa wallet, bank account number for Raast transfers or card details used to deposit or withdraw PKR. Full card numbers are not stored by apkshub directly; they are handled by our payment processors.
• Support communications — messages, chat logs and emails sent to the apkshub support team are retained so we can track and resolve your query properly.
• Responsible gaming preferences — deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion settings you configure in your account.

Information collected automatically:

• Device information — device type, operating system version, browser type and screen resolution.
• Usage data — pages visited, games played, bets placed, session duration and navigation paths within the platform.
• IP address — used to detect unusual login activity and to understand approximate geographic location.

3. How We Use Your Data

Because apkshub operates entirely in PKR and supports local Pakistani payment methods — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets — some payment-specific data handling is worth explaining clearly.

• When you deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa, the transaction is processed by those respective providers. apkshub receives confirmation of the transaction and your wallet reference — not your full account credentials or PIN.
• For Raast and bank transfers, apkshub receives your bank account number and transaction reference for the purposes of matching and confirming the deposit.
• Card details are handled by our payment processor using encrypted, tokenised storage. apkshub does not hold your full card number on our own systems.
• Your complete PKR transaction history — deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and gaming activity — is stored in your account and is accessible to apkshub staff for support and fraud prevention purposes.
• Payment records are retained for the period required to fulfil legal and financial obligations, which typically extends beyond the closure of your account.

Withdrawals can only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. This means your payment data must match your account registration details. Where there is a mismatch, we may contact you for clarification before processing the withdrawal.

5. Sharing Your Data

apkshub does not sell personal data. We share information only in the following specific circumstances:

• Payment processors: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, card networks and banking partners receive the transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals in PKR.
• Identity verification services: Where third-party verification is used to confirm age or identity, your submitted documents may be processed by that service on our behalf.

• While your account is active, we retain all account information and transaction records to provide the service and respond to support queries.
• After an account is closed, core account and transaction records are typically retained for a minimum period to meet financial record-keeping requirements. The specific retention period depends on the nature of the data and the applicable obligations at the time.
• Support communications are retained for a reasonable period after the query is resolved, in case the matter re-emerges or a related issue arises.
• Anonymous or aggregated usage data — where individual users cannot be identified — may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
• Where data is no longer needed and there is no legal obligation to retain it, apkshub deletes or anonymises it securely.

If you close your account and wish to request deletion of specific personal data sooner than the standard retention period, you may submit a request to the support team as described in the Your Rights section below. We will respond explaining which data can be deleted and which must be retained, along with the reason.

9. Your Rights Over Your Data
