1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the apkshub website, downloading the apkshub app, creating an account or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement becomes effective from the moment you first access the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the apkshub platform regardless of how you access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or the dedicated Android app. Using the platform on behalf of another person is not permitted. You must be the account holder and the person using the account at all times.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use the apkshub platform you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be the individual whose details are provided during registration — no false names, no accounts opened on behalf of others.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the apkshub platform for any reason.
• You must not be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.

apkshub may request age verification documents at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, your account may be suspended and any funds held pending verification may be frozen until the matter is resolved.

Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any PKR balance in the account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable policies.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on apkshub. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing inaccurate information may delay or prevent withdrawals and could lead to account suspension.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact information changes, you should update it in your account settings promptly. apkshub is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information that you have failed to correct.

Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else or allow another person to access your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on apkshub are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not process deposits in foreign currencies — all funds must be deposited and maintained in PKR.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and apkshub reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Raast transfers are generally fast but may be subject to your bank's processing schedule.
• Bank transfers and card deposits may take additional time depending on your financial institution.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

apkshub does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges independently. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your account at the time of deposit.

Deposited funds are for use on the apkshub platform only. Attempting to use the deposit and withdrawal process as a money transfer service — without actual gaming activity — is prohibited and may trigger an account review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. apkshub may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• You must have a positive PKR balance in your account to request a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of the request.

apkshub reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before releasing large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard risk management procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Cooperating promptly with verification requests is the fastest way to ensure timely processing.

Withdrawal requests that are found to involve fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or any other violation of these terms will be declined and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

apkshub offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms take precedence over general terms where there is any conflict.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable PKR.
• Wagering requirements mean the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• apkshub reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, change its terms or cancel it at any time before the offer is claimed.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or placing bets designed to exploit bonus terms — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per player, per household and per IP address. apkshub may use available information to enforce this limit where it believes multiple accounts are being used to claim a single offer.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the apkshub sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and Esports markets — are final once confirmed. A bet is only valid once the platform has issued a confirmation. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, apkshub will make a determination based on available system records.

• Bets may be void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period or if a technical error has affected the odds at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are subject to the platform's live betting rules which may differ from pre-match rules.
• apkshub reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market at any time for any individual account.
• Casino and slot game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Results are final and cannot be reversed on the basis of a player's disagreement with the outcome.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before completion, the platform will apply a fair resolution based on the game state at the time of interruption.

apkshub does not permit the use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. Discovery of such tools will result in immediate account closure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apkshub platform. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Creating more than one account individually or in coordination with others.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain — any discovered bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers or other tools to disguise your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first contacting apkshub support.
• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language toward support staff or other users.
• Sharing or selling your account access to any other person for any reason.

apkshub monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is underway, funds in the account may be frozen pending resolution. The platform's determination in such cases is final.

9. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your apkshub account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login details with anyone and logging out when using shared devices.

• apkshub will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. Any request of this kind is not from apkshub and should be treated as a phishing attempt.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately so the account can be secured.
• Any activity carried out using your login credentials — whether by you or anyone else — is your responsibility until you report a compromise to support.
• apkshub uses encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, you are responsible for the security of the device you use to access your account.

Accounts found to have been accessed by multiple individuals will be reviewed. Shared account access is a breach of these terms regardless of the relationship between the individuals involved.

10. Privacy and Data

apkshub collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including your name, contact details and transaction history — is used to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity and comply with applicable obligations. It is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

apkshub is a gaming and entertainment platform. It is not a source of income or a financial strategy. Playing should remain fun and within limits that you are genuinely comfortable with.

• Set a personal budget before you play and do not exceed it regardless of outcomes during a session.

13. Account Termination

You may close your apkshub account at any time by contacting the support team. Any genuine PKR balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — after deducting any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.

apkshub may suspend or close an account at its discretion where there is evidence of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Use of prohibited software or automated tools.
• Any conduct that apkshub reasonably considers harmful to the platform, its staff or other users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any PKR balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. apkshub will communicate the basis for account closure where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

14. Limitation of Liability

apkshub provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions. The platform will endeavour to minimise downtime and communicate maintenance windows in advance where possible.

• apkshub is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end, device failures or browser incompatibilities.
• The platform is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.
• apkshub's total liability to any individual user in any circumstances is limited to the PKR balance held in that user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be legally excluded, such as fraud or wilful misconduct by apkshub.

Gaming outcomes — whether on slot games, live casino tables or sports betting markets — are inherently uncertain. Losses are a normal part of gaming. apkshub is not liable for the outcome of any individual bet or gaming session.
